It was an amazing experience with BEAM. I left my luggage and belongings for 2 years as I moved out from Singapore. They took very good care of them, the support is top level (very fluent conversation and response time in Whastapp) and a super easy to use app. Very easy to coordinate pick up and drop off times, dates and locations. The tracking of your items in the app is also a plus. Thank you for your service during these 2 years!

AMAZING customer service! Had an issue with 1 product being packed into another packaging so they had to ‘fish’ that product out and sent it over in a couple days time because we were in a hurry as well. Joan helped us so well through the process and for them to go as far to unpack 1 big box and get that 1 thing out (because it was an emergency matter) and sent it out to us so fast, was customer service at its best! Price getting it to us was very reasonable as well. Highly recommend them as the whole process went so smooth and fully according to instructions. 11 out of 10!

My husband's new company informed us we had to exit the country in 4 days in order for his employment pass to be processed. I had to pack up the belongings we had accumulated in a 2 bedroom apartment during the year we had lived in KL. BEAM space showed up for us as soon as I reached out. They provided a seamless, efficient, professional service from beginning to end. They stored our belongings for 1.5 months and delivered them to our new home in KL once we returned. This company is the absolute best on storage in Singapore right now I struggled to find something that fits my needs as i travel on and off Singapore and sometimes on a short notice as i don't plan too much in advance and prefer to be flexible BEAM was my choice and i never regretted that as they were always professional, quick, responsive and no BS.

Pretty good customer service, while the app is a bit basic it allows you to self serve and select delivery times. Contacting them for help is also fairly easy and the prices they give are reasonable compared to other vendors. I have used them for moving services both personal and commercial, pick up services to my storage unit and long term storage. All experiences have been pleasant and easy to work with.

I left my suitcase here while travelling to Indonesia. It was super cheap, and the communication via WhatsApp was amazing! All requests and follow-ups were immediately answered. Pickup and drop-off worked seamlessly. Would definitely recommend Beam Space!

I can’t recommend Beam Space enough! I stored my belongings with Beam Space before my trip, but accidentally left my passport inside my storage unit. I only realized it when I was about to head to the airport, and it was an extremely urgent situation. Even though it was his day off, the manager, Ian, immediately came over to help me. Thanks to his quick response, I was able to retrieve my passport and make my flight. I was truly touched by his kindness and willingness to go above and beyond for a customer. This experience also showed me how secure and trustworthy Beam Space is. If you’re looking for a storage company that is not only secure but also backed by people who genuinely care about their customers, Beam Space is the one. Do I need a deposit?

Unlike traditional storage providers, BEAM Space makes storage simple and flexible. There's no minimum storage period, so you can store your items for as long or as short as you need. Billing is handled monthly and automatically through your saved payment information, making the entire process effortless.

Is there a minimum storage period?

BEAM Space offers complete flexibility. There are no minimum storage period and no upfront deposits required. Storage fees are simply billed monthly at the end of each cycle. For example, if you store your luggage on 15 January and check it out on 30 January, a one-month storage fee will be charged on 15 February.

How do I manage my items?

You can see your stored items, arrange a collection or delivery or view and download invoices by logging in to your BEAM Space account using your customer credentials. You can also download the BEAM Space app for free for Android or iOS.

Is insurance included?

Yes, we provide insurance coverage depending on your chosen storage type. Storage by Item customers get coverage of up to $100 per box or item stored. Storage by Space customers get coverage of up to $500 per storage space. While we don't recommend storing highly valuable items, you may do so at your own discretion. Please inform us in advance if you plan to store such items, we can assist you in arranging additional insurance or you may choose to obtain extra coverage through your own provider.
